Processing Times
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our studio in the United States.
- Art prints & greeting cards: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Custom commissions: Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing, as each piece is created by hand just for you. You'll receive a shipping notification once your commission is on its way.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all US orders over $125.
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $125 and are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
We do our best to meet all processing timelines, but occasional delays may occur during high-volume periods or holidays. Custom commissions may also take additional time during busy seasons — we'll always communicate any changes with you directly.
